Our property management services include, but are not limited to: 

• Collecting rents
• Paying recurring and non-recurring expenses, such as mortgages, HOA fees, taxes and maintenance expenses
• Disbursing owner's net income monthly, either by check or bank deposit
• Providing owners with monthly statements of accounts
• Handling repairs promptly and verifying their completion
• Maintaining your property in good condition
• Complying with all legal and regulatory requirements of the DC govenment, including obtaining Basic Business Licenses 
• Conducting property inspections
• Interacting with tenants

We will lease your property so as to collect the maximum rent, while minimizing vacancy time and finding the best tenant.  Our leasing activities include:

• Advertising and showing the property to prospective tenants
• Conducting background checks of applicants, including credit and employment checks and checks with the previous landlord
• Entering into a DC-approved lease
• Collecting security deposits and escrowing them into a separate tenant escrow account
• Checking tenant into property
